	2008 Registration Forms
	It is mandatory for all MCNS members to sign our Policy Acknowledgement Form indicating that they have read and understand the Behaviour Management Policy, Playground Policy, Anaphylaxis and Allergy Policy and Parent Information Manual. Download registration forms here (those which are not yet available online are available at the school or from the registrar). Registration is on a first come first serve basis, with paperwork and registration cheques required to accept registration. All Applications for the upcoming year must use these forms. 	Registration, Tuition & NSF Fees (2008-2009)

	Program fees are $170.00/month for Mon/Wed/Fri programs, $125.00/month for Tue/Thur programs and $60/month for Adventure Day programs. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 (max. $70 per family) which is due upon registration. For any cheques returned from the bank, a fee of $20 will apply.
