The board meets once a month from September to June with one annual general meeting held in May - when Board members are voted into position. Board meetings are open to all members and are held at the nursery school at 7pm.

| |
Meet the teacher sessions are conducted during the first week of school. These are group sessions intended to introduce MCNS families to their teachers, provide a brief overview of the program and provide the parents with the rules and responsibilities of joining a co-operative nursery school.
Students begin their respective programs with a staggered entry. This means half of the class will start on one day and the rest of the class on an alternate day. Regular program days commenced the week of September 17, 2007. |
